Specific responsibilities include: Plan and execute the production schedule and monitor Production Operator’s performance within Panel Fab.Supervise the quality of panel production, while striving for daily targets.

Meet or exceed planned output, yield, uptime and retention goals.

Manage weekly timecards for pay purposes and Paid Time Off (PTO) balances.The successful candidate will have the following: Associates Science degree preferred in manufacturing sciences or business management.

5-10 years of high-tech manufacturing supervisory experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have extensive experience with basic computer operations and programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), WIP Tracking, MES or other data tracking systems.

Chart/graph creation and editing skills; along with timecard reporting systems also required.

SAP knowledge a plus.

Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills and methods are essential.

Ability to work independently and creatively.
