This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager and offers a chance for rapid career growth for the right individual. This position will be responsible for account reconciliations, cash management, month end close, fixed assets, accounts payable & job costing.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting experience in either public accounting or industry, strong accounting system skills and strong communication skills. CPA is a plus, but is not required.

Position Summary:

Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience, specialized training and/or certification to develop, maintain, enhance, and support processes and tools for managing the changes to internally developed and maintained applications and programs through the software development lifecycle, with particular focus on testing and production phases.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support processes and tools for managing the changes to internally developed and maintained applications and programs through the software development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine Software Release Management functions.
Work with Information Technology (IT) Development and other technical departments to coordinate the implementation of large and complex application releases.

Required Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years Windows development experience, especially using Visual Studio and .NET; previous experience as a build manager; knowledgeable about StarTeam (or other Windows software configuration management tools); experienced using nAnt and other build management tools

Knowledge of:

PC systems/networks and/or Non Stop systems sufficient to configure and troubleshoot issues with configuration management tools.
Software development lifecycle, including programming/development activities and IT operations/production sufficient to communicate about development, testing, and production environments.
