McCann Erickson, located in downtown Birmingham, is seeking an Account Supervisor with CRM experience to work on various automotive related CRM activities.

Primary responsibilities will include: · Manage both online and offline CRM programs (such as data capture, welcome kits, email recontact and dealer product literature) that will convert prospects into customers, retain them and evolve them into advocates.

· Evaluate CRM programs and tactics that coordinate multiple customer touch points to ensure successful consumer experience.

· Establish messaging, objectives and metrics for success for each CRM program.

· Collaborate with other agency team members and outside partners to ensure branding and messaging for CRM program is consistent and integrated with other marketing deliverables.

· Manage program execution and status of program deliverables to client.

· Maintain in-depth understanding of clients overall marketing objectives and strategies to ensure leadership position.

For this position, we are looking for an advertising professional with a solid foundation of CRM experience in execution and strategy.

The ability to establish and maintain strong, effective client relationships are critical.

Effective written communications and strong presentation skills are also requirements for this role.

We are seeking an Account Supervisor who is an assertive, highly motivated team player possessing the ability to work effectively under pressure and within a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a diverse project load, attention to detail, an understanding of metrics and excellent communication skills are critical to success.

A degree in marketing, advertising, or related field, and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive agency experience is requried.

Automotive experience is preferred.
