Not only will this self starter have a handle on the financial where about of the organization but also be on the forefront with oversight of daily accounting operations.
Daily responsibilities will be driven by ad hock requests that particular day, however, will not be limited to: ~ Prepare monthly financial statements and product margin/operating expense analysis reports.
~ Observe mid-month and month-end physical inventories and prepare production work papers.
~ Compiles annual budget information for management review.
~ Performs financial analysis and assists in developing accounting systems and controls.
~ Responsible for location accounts payable, settlements, invoicing, and HR & payroll function.
~ Preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.
~ Review and track capital spending projects.
~ Supervise accounting staff of four and prepare annual employee evaluations.
~ Coordinate office equipment needs and office functions.
