Position Overview The outside sales position will report to the Director of Sales for the region.
It is a position that will require 50% or more travel.
Candidate will be expected to develop an industry specific technical skill, valued by prospective customers that the candidate can use to generate interest in our solutions.
The position will be open to individuals willing to relocate, if needed.
Essential Job Functions The position requires the candidate to develop an understanding of the product and services offered in the bankruptcy industry.
The candidate will develop unique skills that are related to industry needs.
These skills will be used by the candidate to establish relationships with prospects that the candidate will convert to sales.
The Outside Sales Representative is expected to:
Develop a plan to create maximum exposure with minimal travel cost
Contribute to market intelligence gathering efforts
Identify target customers and sales potential
Work with a conversion team to fulfill customer requests and ensure a successful software migration
Maintain contact with the prospect after the conversion to ensure satisfactionDesired Qualifications and Characteristics The outside sales representative must be a strategic, forward-thinking individual with one to two years in relationship based and solution selling.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrated, progressive accomplishment, preferably gained within the legal environment.
This person must have the ability to establish technical credibility with clients through knowledge and experience with legal technologies and processes for case administration while staying focused on the big picture and driving results.The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully building relationships utilizing a sales consulting approach.
Candidates must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
