Director-Learning Business Partner
Sunday, February 7th, 2010A global investment bank is in search of a Learning Business Partner (LBP) for the Americas Shared Services Institute Finance and Operations Divisions, has responsibility for building solid relationships with senior executives in the Finance and Operations Divisions. This person will be identifying organizational issues and challenges and addressing these challenges through creative problem solving and learning and development solutions, aligning Learning and Development solutions with The Business School Learning and Development Architecture Framework, and collaborating with Business School colleagues, and HR Business Partners to deliver learning and development solutions and programs to key clients within the Finance and Operations divisions.
Successful candidate will have 5 years plus in a learning and development role, with experience in implementing training curricula. Ten years working in business to enable senior management to make organizational changes happen through education, training and development is required. Project management experience in handling own projects with a results focus is required.
This position pays 120000-175000 annually
