Still River Systems is searching for a Production Supervisor who will be part of a growing Operations Group.
Job Responsibilities: Duties included but not limited to: Supervision and training of all assigned personnel.
Organize and assign work tasks to department personnel in order to meet company goals and objectives.
Insure product(s) meet designed quality specifications and achieve SRS quality goals.
Meet production schedule to max efficiency and timeliness, within assigned budget.
Interface with Engineering as required insuring accuracy of product design and structure.
Maintain clean, safe working environment.
Provide written and oral performance reviews for all assigned personnel.
Maintain accurate work order status of all assigned production materials.
Provides support to Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Quality through participation in process control activities, and special testing, as required.
Ensure that training, design, implementation, test and maintenance methods/processes are developed as well as executed in a manner, which supports all Quality Standards.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will have: Strong electrical/mechanical background.
5 years of Manufacturing related experience.
Supervisory and/or Lead Person experience.
Minimum of high school diploma, Associates Degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
Strong organizational and motivational skills.
Ability to read blueprints.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as materials/engineering database.
Strong teamwork, communication and decision making skills.
Ability to effectively manage changing and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated interest and ability in developing manufacturing team.
