Duties include Planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks for ERP Upgrade project.

Supports project manager by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up coordination.

Assists in development of presentations related to weekly staff and senior level meetings.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience working as a program administrator.

Experience with a variety ERP implementations including detailed practices and procedures is required.

Experience with MS Project is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Will perform a variety of independent analysis, design, development, implementation, coding, documentation and problem-solving assignments related to applications, systems, and technologies.

Plan, design, develop, code, and implement major systems and services; review and analyze customer requirements and problems; recommend improvements to existing systems, services, and procedures; and determine most efficient systems that meet customer needs and expectations while ensuring compatibility with operations standards and guidelines.

Provide functional and operational support on applications, systems, and technologies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in RPG III/IV programming on the AS/400 (iSeries).

Experience with Friedman Corp (HFA) ERP software is a HUGE plus.

Experience with other MRP/ERP systems a plus.

Salary of $60,000 to $70,000 and a benefits package including immediate vesting 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and life insurance.
