Division Secretary/Employee Records ClerkPrimary Duties: Sanderson Farms, Inc., Kinston Production Division has an opening for a Division Secretary/Employee Records Clerk.

The primary function of this position is to provide secretarial support to the division office.

In addition, this position is responsible for receptionist duties, obtaining and preparing reports, greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate division unit managers.

Duties also include assisting the field employee relations manager with the maintenance of employee files, personnel change forms, accepting applications, tracking applicants, new employee orientations and providing employee information to authorized outside agencies.

Position Requirements: This position requires a high school education with office or business courses or equivalent experience and basic computer skills.

Must be able to communicate and relate to people effectively; organize work to assure completion and master secretarial skills.

Will be responsible for employee orientations, scheduling company events, parties etc. Must be detailed and organized as this position will require lots of paperwork and follow through.

Pay will be based on experience.
