Assists with the development, implementation, communication and administration of all compensation programs.
Provides analytical support of the on-going design and administration of the compensation programs, develops proactive methods in identifying compensation issues/needs within organization and implements appropriate solutions.
Offers compensation related technical and functional expertise and internal consulting services to the organization.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Provides a host of reports detailing compensation and organizational data and identifies opportunities for further analysis.
Establishes and maintains the administration of the reward, recognition and incentive programs within the stores, including policies andprocedures.
Researches discrepancies and responds to inquiries from the stores.
Manages the annual merit review cycle for all hourly and salaried associates within the field organization.
Participates in salary survey’s to determine the organization’s competitive position.
Consults with HRIS team regarding system related issues, needs, enhancements or data integrity.
Assists in the administration of executive compensation plans.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent Advanced quantitative, analytical and personal computing skills with a mastery of MicrosoftExcel, Word, PowerPoint and Access or other database querytools.
Experience with SAP a plus.
Detail oriented, extremely organized and the ability to manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast-paced changing environment.
Expert written and verbal communication skills.
