Master Data ManagementThe overall assignment is to participate in the planning phase of an MDM project by applying MDM expertise as needed.

Specifically;Validate the conceptual high level solution of the master data management program in the client domain.

Actively participate in selecting the MDM package that best fits the program requirements.

Actively participate in building the multi year roadmap with the recommended releases.

For each release in the roadmap, specify the resource, cost, and duration estimates.

Play a significant role in the implementation phase of the first release for this program.

Skills: Lead roles in implementing MDM packages on the customer and account domain, for financial institutions.

Expertise in at least one, and familiarity with all of the following packages (IBM Information Server-MDM, Oracle CDH, Siperian MDM).

Experience with conceptualizing and designing a solution that addresses an MDM initiative in the client and account domain.

Experience with defining a roadmap for a multi year MDM initiative.

This includes resource, cost, and duration estimates.

Experience with enterprise data governance activities.

Familiarity with Metadata Management tools and concepts and the optimal integration with an MDM package.

Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Data Modeling.

Proficiency with Oracle 11g.

Proficiency with Datastage ETL.Familiarity with Integration technologies like messaging, web services, Composite, ETL.Familiarity with Weblogic 11 and/or JEE technologies.
