Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance requiredMBA or other advanced degree preferredCPA preferredMinimum of five (5) years experience in the general areas of accounting services including a mix of public accounting (Big 4), consulting and industry experience (ie Controller, Accounting Manager) requiredBroad understanding of processes and activities that occur within the accounting and finance function of public and private companiesDeep understanding of one or more accounting functions (Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Reporting etc)Experience with preparation and analysis of financial statements and consolidated financial resultsStrong familiarity with SEC regulations and FASB pronouncements preferredExperience working in a professional services environment preferredAnalytic ability to identify problems and arrive at practical solutionsStrong communication skillsWillingness and ability to travel
