The candidate should be able perform the following tasks: Analyze and understand financial systems process and business requirements in the environment.

Configure the SAP system to facilitate all financial system processes and transaction flows.

Configure the SAP system to facilitate the business processes from financial standpoint for all appropriate transactions for our subsea and surface business.

Work closely with other project team members to understand integration between FI/CO modules and other SAP modules.

Assist with coordinating and solving complex process and transformation issues.

Assist in data cleansing and migration.

Support user community in implementation of the new systems and processes.

4+ years functional experience with SAP R/3 FI/C

Work with users and other IT team members on the cleansing of legacy system data and SAP migration/conversions.

Work with users and other IT team members in the management and development of global master data management processes and procedures.

Mentors more entry level team members as directed by manager Interfaces with site IT personnel to accomplish project goals Responsible for assigned projects, architecture and technical content and on time delivery of solutions Reads material, attends meetings and classes to keep current with training and technology in focus area.

Assist in the development of lessons learned and Help Desk documentation for the support of SAP application.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, this position provides general administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Specific responsibilities include: · Serve as first point of contact for general Human Resources phone inquiries.

· Provide scheduling assistance for the Senior Director, Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager.

Provide back-up scheduling and phone support to the Chief Administrative Officer.

· Manage attendance tracking for administrative staff.

Track and follow-up on timesheets from departments, input into Human Resources system and provide summaries to Accounting, when needed.

· Manage the entering of new hires, terminations and changes into the Human Resources information system and serve as a liaison with Payroll in the coordination of necessary paperwork.

· Provide benefits support by enrolling and terminating coverage in medical, dental and life insurance plans.

Assist employees in resolving insurance related issues.

· Assist with the recruitment process including, advertising positions with external sources, reviewing resumes, contacting candidates and preparing follow-up correspondence.

· Assist in the preparation of pension reports.

· Manage and maintain the personnel files, ensuring that all paperwork is filed in a timely fashion and easily accessible to the Human Resources staff.

· Process invoices for the Human Resources department.

· Increase the utility of the new Human Resources system and provide assistance to employees with navigating through the system.

· Provide support for special projects and other areas of Human Resources, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum 2 years office experience; familiarity with and or experience working in Human Resources preferred.

Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus.

· Must be diplomatic and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.

· Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure of deadlines.

Job Description : EG&G is seeking a Technician to assist with the installation, fabrication, modification and operation of test equipment used on special projects. Operate a variety of computer systems to assist in the collection and compilation of data. Operate: overhead crane, tow motor, pneumatic/electric power tools, welding equipment. Assist ES&H engineers to ensure compliance with all relevant State and Federal environmental regulations. Inspect and maintain personal safety equipment, self-contained breathing apparatus, protective clothing, etc. Sample air for bulk industrial hygiene hazards; asbestos, moulds, PNAs, etc. Set up and prepare test equipment, collect and prepare samples, run tests, analyze results, and prepare necessary reports. Perform a wide variety of duties in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of computers and peripheral equipment. Test electronic circuits and components to locate and replace defective components, P.C. boards, using appropriate electronic test equipment and hand tools. Assist photographer in all duties involved with the taking and developing of photographs, and in the Graphics Department to expedite flow of work. Perform various darkroom operations duties such as stocking, chemical mixing and developing and processing prints. Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul and repair of equipment. Assists with the preparation and handling of minerals for experimental testing and consumption. Physically moves mineral from one place to another. Screens minerals such as coal, limestone, shale and zinc to select the appropriate size for a project. Comply with all applicable policies, procedures and administrative directives. Provide miscellaneous technical and non-technical support as required or directed. The qualified individual will be primarily responsible for performing vessel corrosion prevention maintenance duties but may also include performing small welding tasks, plumbing pipe installation and general repair of marine and hydraulic equipment. The individual must be able to take and follow directions from Senior Technical Staff. Perform Fork Truck Operations.
