Our client is currently looking to hire three experience mortgage loan closer's to help support their consumer direct and retail departments.On a day to day basis, candidates will be responsible for reviewing all loan packages to insure the loan is prepared for closing.

Candidates will be scheduling closings with title companies, attorneys, loan officers, and borrowers.

Candidates will also be responsible for wire transfers as well.To be qualified for these openings, candidates must have a minimum of two years of closing experience for a lender.

Candidates who have experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgages are ideal.

Candidates must be able to pass a background and drug test for these opportunities.

These positions are scheduled to be contract to permanent positions.

Hours for these openings are either 9-6 or 10-7 since we support the west coast region.

Will consider candidates with 2 plus years experience in mortgage loan processing or JR Underwriting experience preferably with a large lender. Recent experience working with FHA government loans is a plus. Candidates must be experienced in home mortgage, able to handle a large pipeline, have experience doing income calculations, work well in a fast paced, high demand environment where team work and a great attitude are key.
