Tax Manager 10-13820888 A leading international company is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team.

This position is located in Chicago and will report to the Corporate Controller.

Responsibilities: Preparation of all federal and state tax returns and related filingsMake suggestions for estimated federal and state quarterly tax payments and VAT reimbursement processMake sure 1099 filings are processed correctlyCalculate deferred taxes and reconcile to accounts on financial statementsResolve tax issues arising from Federal or state taxing authoritiesAssist the company with any tax audits Ensure that property taxes are calculated correctly and filed, in a timely manner, with the proper governmental agencyExamine tax codes and make suggest regarding state-by-state exemptions requirements Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 6+ years of corporate tax experience.

Previous accounting for income taxes is ideal.

Proficiency in Excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain good relationships with personnel within the department.

Domestic and international tax experience required.

Our client, a multi-billion dollar international organization, has an immediate need for a Lead Analyst. This individual will be responsible for business process analysis, design, system configuration, testing and implementation of SAP systems.

Candidates must have expertise in SAP FI/CO and their sub-processes (CCA, COPA, COPC, COOM, PCA; G/L, A/P, A/R, A/M, and S/L). They also must have experience with CO and implementation experience with profit center accounting, profitability analysis and product costing. To be considered, candidates must have full rollout implementation experience, as well as upgrades of existing systems such as implementing new modules onto an existing production platform. Strong understanding of supply chain areas, especially SD and MM/PP/Procurement is required.

This position pays 92000 annually
