Leading global banking conglomerate is seeking a Senior Credit Administration Assistant to joining its growing department.Key to this role: Ability to speak and write English and Portuguese fluently.
Prior trade finance experienceExperience preparing and reviewing new credit transactionsBack Office experience DutiesPrepare and review documentation for new credit transactions with Clients and CounterpartsTrade Finance Loans, Documentary Collections, Letter of Credits and Stand-by LCs, Repo / Reverse Repos KYC and Due Diligence process for new clientsReview of credit limits approvals for all new credit transactionsReview and control of Guarantees receivedControl and distribute list of pending documentsEnsure all Procedures Manuals of the department are updatedEnsure that all internal Procedures and Policies of the Branch are followedCommunication with customers and relationship managers / account officers (via e-mail, telephone and fax)Interaction with all areas of the Branch, including, Front, Middle, Back-Office and Compliance Requirements: At least 3 years of verifiable experience in trade finance loans, LC, Repos, SWIFT format messagesKnowledge of Derivative Instruments is a plusExcellent knowledge of Windows Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point)Excellent communications skills Great team environment!
