Sales Operations Analyst – New Jersey Job in Multiple locations

Job Purpose: Provides comprehensive data flow for the purpose of driving strategic and operational needsDuties: * Maintains sales database by inputting current activity.

* Identifies sales patterns by researching sales activities; inputting data and economic indicators; surveying field sales force.

* Develops field forecasts by preparing models; advising field sales force.

* Develops corporate sales analysis by assessing and communicating potential enhancements to operating processes.

* Maintains sales patterns by tracking and entering changes.

* Interacting with IT to manage day to day needs.

* Updates job knowledge by tracking business trends; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes sales goals and missions by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications: * Great interpersonal skills, highly energetic, initiative, ability to multi-task * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Expert level of Access, Word, Excel and Powerpoint (SAS knowledge a plus)Reporting Skills, Data Entry Management, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis, Forecasting, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Positioning, Confidentiality, Teamwork
