Description Answer the TDEF customer service phone hotline and incoming emails on the TDEF customer service email box Handle the following customer inquiries: o Provide payment histories, amortization schedules, and duplicate invoices o Make address and other billing informational changes in the appropriate source system o Coordinate payoff request by circulating the written payoff request to the appropriate TDEF contact for payoff preparation o Coordinate municipal voucher request by circulating to the Collections Department for review & approval and then return to customer o Assist in annual audit confirmation requests for outstanding leases and/or loans o Coordinate subordination requests from customers by researching the respective accounts and coordinating the execution with Director of Operations o Prepare UCC notices Proactively prepare & process UCC terminations upon lease/loan expiration or payoff Proactively prepare & process UCC continuations Proactively coordinate the release of titles to customer upon lease/loan expiration or payoff Proactively complete the required bills of sale at lease expiration Process auto-debit authorizations in the appropriate source system for changes during lease term Assist the Collections Department in processing monthly lease payment invoices
