As a Claims Associate in our Cincinnati, OH office, you would assist our members and providers with claims issues, in addition to processing claims. Primary responsibilities include:
Responding to calls from members, providers and human resources reps
Processing medical claims with superior accuracy
Referencing documents to answer customer questions
Performing claims data entry
Assisting team as needed
This role requires excellent communication skills and a background in a customer service or call center setting. Data entry experience is preferred, and strong organizational skills will be very helpful. Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus. Computer skills are a must. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
