Applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics protected by law.Position SummaryResponsible for supporting Sales by managing activities related to retaining and growing the Consumer Directed Healthcare business.Key ResponsibilitiesFunction as Subject Matter Expert working for Sales and Account Service regarding financial aspects related to CDH including: tax implications, investments, funding, fees and penalties associate with investment options, expense justification, minimums and maximums (HSA Legislation), etc.Support Sales and Account Service with pre-sale, sale, and post-sale related activities that require the abovementioned financial subject matter expertise including: account meetings / presentations, enrollment meetings, broker meetings, etc.Serve as the business expert for Sales and Account Service on CDH products, vendor operations as well as on Personal Spending Account (PSA) options.

Work closely with our vendor Representatives to stay current on changes impacting operations, PSA options, ERISA, and government regulations.

Collaborate with marketing, PSA operations and Product Management on the creation of effective CDH Sales & Marketing materials, vendor materials, etc.Gather and provide competitive data and track BCBSMA CDH business for reporting purposes.

Support the research, planning, and implementation of new products.

Identify opportunities for improvement; work with the appropriate areas to implement recommended changes.

Build and maintain partnership with Account Service Expert to ensure account and member satisfaction.CDH product knowledge and market understanding of PSA’s financial options, and associated regulations.

QualificationsAbility to formulate strategic plans to ensure the successful implementation and growth of CDH business.

Ability to effectively present information and recommendations to both internal and external constituents.

Proven leadership skills, ability to effectively influence others to accomplish goals and objectives.

Excellent human relation and communication skills, proven ability to promote a positive work environment.

Strong consultative sales skills.

Knowledge of market place and sales processes.

Team playerAbility to work in a fast paced environment.The CDH Product Expert will have the option of being based out of Landmark or Worcester
